All items are shipped via USPS only.  Domestic Shipping is offered in three options, ground shipping (FREE) 2-8 business days, expedited shipping 1-3 business days, and flat rate shipping 1-3 business days.  ALL domestic orders are eligible for free shipping at checkout, regardless the order total.  International shipping is available, but some countries are not available to ship to due to COVID-19.  International shipping services offered are USPS First Class Package International 10-30 business days, Priority Mail International 8-12 business days, and Priority Mail Express International 5-7 business days.   Customers will have the choice of which shipping level they prefer with live shipping rates calculated at checkout.  Tracking is provided, as well as guaranteed delivery dates for domestic expedited shipping options only.  Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates for ground shipping, ground shipping delivery is typically 2-8 days and tracking will be provided.  Order processing and fulfillment times are between 24-72 hours.  Typically orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.   Domestic orders with expedited shipping selected will be insured up to $100 for free.  Domestic orders with ground shipping selected will not be insured.  International orders with Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International shipping selected will be insured up to $200 for free.  International orders with USPS First Class Package International will not be insured.  For lost or stolen mail, please contact Earth Made Beauty Art Studio™ in order to file a claim.  You may also file a claim via USPS on your own behalf.   

All orders of resin art supplies and pigments are eligible for returns or exchanges if they are unopened and undamaged before 30 days (60 days for international orders) of original purchase receipt date.   After we receive your return we will process the exchange or refund.   Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.  Contact your bank for more information regarding refund and transfer processing times.
